We have, through our wills, directed donations to non profit organizations because they have been important parts of our lives and the lives of those around us. Many very significant and valuable programs in our community could not survive without private giving. We believe they should continue far into the future. By leaving something to them in our wills, we can help that happen. We want those who come after us to be able to enjoy the benefits that are available now–excellent educational opportunities, a symphony orchestra, live theater, museums, hospitals, groups helping the young and the old, environmental organizations, and those aiding the homeless and the hungry. In other words, we want to leave this an even better place.
